ADVERTS DURATION / DUREE DES ANNONCES

PAYMENT SYSTEM / SYSTEME DE PAYMENT

* The system of payment work with a system of credits. Credits are numeric and relative to € as 1 credit = 1 €. The discount on the credit depend of how many credit the seller want to, as more credits are needed more discount the seller will have which will reduce the sum of € relatively in %. / Le system de payement fonctionne avec un systeme de credits. Une remise sur la quantité de crédit est accorder au vendeur de sort que plus de crédit est acheter et plus de remise est accorder ce qui réduit le % de cout total en €.

SELLER ASSISTANCE / ASSISTANCE VENDEUR

* The \"SELLER ASSISTANCE\" is working in two ways. The first is that all property advertise on IDEAL FRENCH PROPERTY website with BREGEON EPC contact or all properties advertise on BREGEON EPC website will enjoy the “seller assistance” and support for the sale process of this property. The second way is that the seller signs the BREGEON EPC “SELLER ASSISTANCE CONTRAT” to be able to enjoy the assistance. The main terms and conditions of this contract can be ask and send to all interested seller. If a property is sold under this contract, the seller will have to share is commission equally with BREGEON EPC. We can give an assistance for a none advertised property within Bregeon EPC according to our discretion. This contract can be partial (25% of commission for BREGEON EPC) or Totale (50% commission for BREGEON EPC).  / «L’ASSISTANCE VENDEUR » fonctionne dans deux cas. Le premier cas, qui est que toutes propriétés publiées sur IDEAL FRENCH PROPERTY avec BREGEON EPC comme contact, ou toutes propriétés publiées sur BREGEON EPC peuvent profiter de « l’assistance vendeur » et donc du support pour la vente de CETTE propriété. Le deuxième cas,  est que le vendeur prenne le « CONTRAT D’ASISTANCE VENDEUR ». Les conditions principes de ce contrat peuvent être demande et envoyer, faxe au vendeur intéressé. Il a pour base l’assistance et donc le partage de la commission du vendeur équitablement avec BREGEON EPC. Nous pouvons donne assistance pour une propriété non publie selon notre discrétion. Le contrat d’assistance peux être partielle (dans ce cas 25% de commission pour BREGEON EPC)ou Totale (dans ce cas 50% de commission pour BREGEON EPC).
